Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan (LKS) is a law firm specializing in Taxation Laws, International Trade Laws, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Laws and Corporate Laws. The LKS team comprises of experienced attorneys, post-graduates and professionals from various fields of science, technology, business, law and commerce.

Founded in 1985, the firm today has offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Gurgaon & Allahabad. Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan was founded by V. Lakshmikumaran and his brother V. Sridharan. The founders believe in adhering to the ethical way in everything they do and the same forms the guiding principle of the firm as well. Integrity, knowledge and passion constitute the firm’s core values.
